Your hostess Ana Maria Xicara has been a friend for 20 years and our manager in Guatemala for 9 years. An authority on weaving, handicrafts and native ways, she has traveled to Mexico and United States and has an understanding of English.

Xan Kochoch adobe home is also offered for sale for US$95,000. Price includes one of the adobe structures (Xan Kochoch) and use of common areas. Expenses for utilities, gardener etc will be shared with the owner of the Apartment Unit
Apartment and loft are built over our storeroom and workshop. Access is via exterior spiral stairs. Apartment layout is an open floorplan on main level with kitchen, dining area, sitting area, queen bed and outside porch. Bathroom and shower are in their own room. Two sky lofts suitable as bedroom, office, studio etc are accessed by interior spiral stairs. Great views of volcanos, garden, and canyon walls.
